I had an interview experience with Ergeon that left a mixed impression. The HR team scheduled the first interview, but unfortunately, the interviewer didn’t show up, leaving me waiting without notice. They later rescheduled, and the second interview took place as planned. During the conversation, they mentioned the use of screen recording and time tracking tools as part of their work environment, which was something I wasn’t expecting and would have appreciated being informed about earlier in the process.
While the process was somewhat disorganized, the interviewers were professional and clear about their expectations once we connected. However, these aspects could be improved to create a better candidate experience.
