I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ergo Group in Jan 2026
Interview
Interview process was very straight forward - one round interview!
I was reached out to by a recruiter through LinkedIn. We had a call that outlined what the role is like, and also to answer any questions or concerns I may have had for the role. I applied for the role and got called for an interview the next week. The recruiter offered to do a prep call with me ahead of the interview, which I gladly accepted and appreciated.
In the interview, there was the hiring manager, their manager (I believe), and an HR rep, all in one call. The interview lasted 30 minutes and all questions asked were focused on behavioral/situational skills. They love people who have customer facing experience for this kind of role. They also appreciate you asking good questions at the end and showing you have an interest in getting to know people/customers.
Was offered the role within a few hour of the interview.

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ergo Group (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2019
Interview
Applied directly and got an email a couple of days later inviting me to an in-office interview. The interview was very relaxed and they really just want to bring out your personality. No technical questions. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. Felt the interview went well and based on my experience and qualifications I felt I was a strong candidate. Other candidates that also applied found out they were not successful but I still have not heard back. Emailed to see if there was an update on my application and still haven't heard back.
