In person and on site. over the phone communication with employer. no emails. multiple people in final interview. back and fourth communication with employer over email and texts. Very responsive and easy to communicate with

Took months for an answer and so much questions and add ons for an entry level position. Had to reach out to them myself for an answer and they finally respond after months of praises and hopes with choosing another “candidate” who eventually didn’t even last with them for 3 months. Feels like they’re biased with their choice.
