Interview
Lasted 2+ hours. Was left alone with test to resolve. All that time someone was celebrating somth in the room right next to mine. Given printed manual with GSM basic theory to be searched in for answers for the test. After Interviewers came back, some basic questions were given about quick sorting algorythms and moving from binary to decimal numbers and so on.
Even with time for studing of manual. Waited at least for an hour for an interviewer to come back.

It was a really great interview! Overall it was very easy to pass the reviewing stage and get a job. The questions were quite easy to answer. The recruiters were very nice.
