I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Ericsson (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Mar 2016
Interview
Highly slow interview process took almost 2 hours to check 15 questions even though I finished the test early. After that face to face if written cleared, completely out of context questions were asked like how you create spring container for maintaining beans, how you will design a server to send output to a printer, asked one DS question, I gave him 3 alternative to solve the same in O(nlogn) complexity but it was looking like he don't know what is time complexity.
HR people were coming out and saying "You can leave for the day our HR will get back to you".
What a poor hiring process and a complete waste of time nothing more than that. Will never appear for this company ever in my life in future.
Please give strong technical trainings to your interviewers so that candidate who are making efforts to come down for your interview at jungle area of gwal pahari in gurgaon will not go in drain.

The interview was not very technical. it asked about everything on the resume and it was just a conversation. He even asked whether I had a girlfriend and my hobbies and so on.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Budapest)
Interview
First, you have to do a bunch of online tests.
Multiple choice technical tests, coding test (if relevant), personality tests.
Then you either interview for the position you applied to, or you are thrown in a "pool interview" where multiple managers are interviewing you for multiple positions at the same time.
After the pool interview, I received an offer from one of the managers involved.
