I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Budapest) in May 2016
Interview
First I created a profile on jobs.ericcson.com and uploaded my CV and CL. Some days later I got an e-mail, I was selected for the next turn. The second turn is a homework that you need to complete and send the answer by email. (Coding dojo programming task, test driven development). A bit more than a week later I got another e-mail, I was selected for the (last) third turn which is a pair programming assessment where I was matched with a partner and we had to solve easy, short programming task in Coding Dojo where the test-driven development is the most important thing they watched. We changed partners after every task. Two weeks later they called my on my phone and I got the job.
