Couple of interviews with junior recruiters. Following interviews with my future manager. The job description was not very clear. Once hired, the job had Little to do with Project management.

I can't recall of any difficult or unexpected question.
First stage was a telephone conversation with HR followed by a second face to face interview with a senior manager presentation assessment. Both interviews were largely scenario based “how would you…” “what would you do if…”

I want then through 5 rounds of interview but in the end they said the role was no longer required. I was a horrible experience, sometimes they'll schedule an interview and

Ericsson have a very straight forward and quick 2-stage interview.
Stage 1 was a HR interview to discuss my previous experience and see if I sounded like a good fit for the role.
Stage 2 was an in-person interview where you present a pre-assessment. I very much liked this stream lined approach.
