Applied for a project management position on Ericsson's job site. 6-7 positions were available from 3 organizations. I completed one screener interview with a recruiter followed by three interviews with the hiring managers in different regions.

Very straightforward, two-way conversation interview to discuss role, responsibilities and target objectives around sourcing and procurement. Interviews typically involve recruiter screening, a hiring manager interview, a case or technical assessment, a second stakeholder interview focusing on delivery and sourcing, then references and offer.

How have you managed complex IT sourcing projects end-to-end, balancing cost, risk, and delivery timelines while working with multiple vendors and internal stakeholders across regions?
The interview process includes a phone interview, followed by a detailed discussion with the recruiter. Successful candidates proceed to an interview with the line manager and other project managers for final evaluation.
