      17 Jan 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Dubai
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ericsson (Dubai)

      Interview

It was super smooth and nice. HR and the Hiring manager were very nice and professional. Online Application: The process usually begins with submitting an online application through Ericsson's official career portal. Ensure that your resume and cover letter highlight your relevant skills and experience. Resume Screening: After submitting your application, the HR team will review your resume to assess your qualifications and compatibility with the job requirements. Initial Contact: If your application is shortlisted, you may receive an initial contact from a recruiter or HR representative for a brief discussion about your background, skills, and interest in the position. Phone or Video Interview: You might be scheduled for a phone or video interview. This interview may focus on your technical skills, work experience, and your understanding of the industry. Be prepared to discuss your accomplishments and how they align with the role. Technical Interviews: Depending on the position, you may have one or more technical interviews. These interviews may delve deeper into your technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and may involve scenarios relevant to the specific role. Behavioral Interviews: Expect behavioral interviews that assess your soft skills, communication abilities, and how well you would fit into the company culture. Be ready to provide examples of how you've handled challenges in the past. Assessment Tests: For certain technical roles, you may be asked to complete assessment tests to evaluate your skills and knowledge in specific areas. On-Site Interviews: Depending on the role and location, there might be an on-site interview where you meet with various team members, managers, or other relevant personnel. This could include a mix of technical and behavioral interviews. Reference Checks: Ericsson may conduct reference checks to verify your professional background and work history. Offer and Negotiation: If you successfully pass all stages, you may receive a job offer. There could be negotiations regarding salary, benefits, and other terms. Onboarding: Once you accept the offer, you'll go through the onboarding process, where you'll be introduced to the company's policies, procedures, and your new role.
