1) Initial call with the HR recruiter, about the general expectations from the role and digging in my background.
2) Secondly, another call with the hiring manager, which is super engaging, understanding about the role and more about how my experience fits with that.
3) Final call with hiring manager, HR business partner and department director. Discussion with HR business partner was pretty friendly. Directors questions were technical and to the point but a little bit extreme detailed like he came into the meeting not to hire.
