Erie Insurance Group interview questions

Prerecorded interview then if they like that they reach out for a zoom interview. Very nice people, 4 people will take turns asking you questions. Questions are simple enough mostly behavioral.

There were three rounds of interviews. The first round was a HireVue interview with five questions. The second round was a one-hour interview with the managers, which included situation-based questions such as discussing a difficult project I worked on, my strengths, why this company etc. The final round was a 30-minute interview with the director, which was a mix of technical and situation-based questions. They asked about preprocessing steps, my experience, etc
