Straightforward. The interview process was detailed and plenty of questions were asked to ensure you felt you knew what you were getting into. The general job functions were well explained.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews and then was completely ghosted by the company. There was no indication of what happened or where I stood. I sent follow-up emails to the different people I had interviewed with and had emailed with prior, and just never heard back. I think after interviewing for a senior leadership position, with the senior leadership of the company, and going through multiple interview rounds, you at least could show candidates the basic decency of saying you either put the position on hold or chose another candidate. It felt completely unprofessional. I had been very excited about the position and the company, and now I would never choose to work with them.
