not that bad, they ask you a lot of questions, they are trying to see who you really are, if you have the passion and drive show it to them because they really are looking for that, more than one person is interviewing usually.

Great questions were asked. Very caring team with good vibes and energy. It seems like a cooperative team to be on with good management. I could see myself happy here although there weren't many females on the team.

Interview
I was referred to the position by a colleague. I applied and sent a resume. There was an initial interview with the food and beverage director and the regional compliance chef. I then had a second panel interview with the executive director, a resident representative and representatives from multiple departments. I was told to expect to hear back soon.
The process took several weeks, much longer than similar interviews.
There was no follow up for about 3 weeks. I was then informed that while I was a great candidate a decision was made by “corporate” to place an internal candidate instead.
