Eskaton interview questions

Great questions were asked. Very caring team with good vibes and energy. It seems like a cooperative team to be on with good management. I could see myself happy here although there weren't many females on the team.

I was referred to the position by a colleague. I applied and sent a resume. There was an initial interview with the food and beverage director and the regional compliance chef. I then had a second panel interview with the executive director, a resident representative and representatives from multiple departments. I was told to expect to hear back soon. The process took several weeks, much longer than similar interviews. There was no follow up for about 3 weeks. I was then informed that while I was a great candidate a decision was made by “corporate” to place an internal candidate instead.
