First it was a phone screening interview asking some generic questions. That led to scheduling an in-person interview with the manager. it was pretty average. After the in-person interview I was given an offer.

Phone interview which lasted a bit less than 30 min. Asked a couple basic questions (Strength, Weakness, Why I want to work there, expected salary) and made a bit of conversation. Interviewer was pretty nice.

Phone Interview followed by an in person interview in their office in Richmond Hill with a manager and a technical lead. Relatively small office, Esna is owned by AVAYA. Final step was a call from an HR in AVAYA to confirm some details.
