Interview
Submitted my application for the open day. There were A LOT of people. Waited in line for about an 1 hour. Once I got in, I sat down in the line and filled in the form, got my picture taken and was taken as a group to the first room where we met the owner of the company. Then second room was a practical exercise: setting table, opening wine bottles etc. Then last part was meeting with the bookers where they took your CV and asked general questions. Heard back within a week with a job offer.

Interview
I believe it was a few hours long. A group interview where you would display whether you can serve tables and pour whine correctly. It's more of an explanation rather than an assessment as those that didn't do a very good job were hired anyways.

Afterwards we were shown how to open and serve wine, how to lay out the table and how to give the guests food and how to clean up and carry 5 plates. We were assessed on our performance of these task. Then we did a health and safety test which consisted of multiple choice and open questions we had to get 15/20 pass.
