Esri GIS Support Analyst Programming interview questions

I applied when I saw job posting in the University portal. I got a call within next 2 weeks. First call was general introduction and about company. Most of the questions were behavioral. I got results within 2 days and being holiday week my next round was scheduled for following week. It was technical round. OOPs concepts and GIS concepts. The answers will be fairly straight forward. In next two days I was told I am selected and have to fly for an onsite interview. The onsite had 8 rounds.first was general introduction and communication skills. 2 technical, 2 with managers, one writing skill test, and last two HR. What impressed me most was the entire process was very smooth. Accommodation was very generous. They are not just trying to test on technical skills but an as overall personality which is very important to be a right fit.
