I applied on one of the job sites. Careerbulider I think...I got the first call from Human Resources. Then an interview set up with the regional sales manager and the national marketing director.

Nothing out of the ordinary. They were looking for someone with experience that could do the job. They didn't throw in any of those trick questions.
