The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Essendant (Rocklin, CA)
Interview
Process was long and way to drawn out. Started with a phone screen from a recruiter. Typical resume review and a few questions related to experience. Lead to a face to face with HR and hiring manager. That then lead to an interview with the district manager of operations who had some great questions about how I️ would handle certain situations. That then lead to another phone interview with the hiring manager who told me over the phone I️ was the #1 candidate and they were wrapping up some internal interviews which should be done by end of week. After that nothing. The whole process took over a month. I️ called 3 times to get status with no response. I’m fine with not being selected but have the decency to reach out to candidates that have gone through this lengthy process and have not been chosen. Says a lot about the leadership.
