The procedure begins with a phone interview. Then a internet test (5-6 technical question to be answered back within an hour) Next come a face to face technical interview (very technical and goes deep in details) Finally a proposal.

After being contacted by a head hunter. They invite me to a technical interview. The interview was very technical (Linux internals, protocols, ...) and leaded by two real experts.They asked questions until you cannot answer, it is on purpose to see how you behave when you don't know the answer.
