      Senior Development Engineer Interview

      20 Aug 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Dudley, MA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Essilor (Dudley, MA)

      Interview

It was over 25 years ago that I was interviewed, and things have changed alot. Everyone goes through the application, from hourly to upper management. In engineering these aps are reviewed by the managers in the department hiring, then interviews are done one on one with each manager. They meet separately to decide who to bring back for round 2.
