Everyting was very professional. The first person I interviewed with was very friendly and sharp and represented the company well. She was in HR. After that I interviewed with the head of the department for which I was to work. This person was totally unprofessional - easily distracted, dealing with other business during the interview, leaving the interview, not asking many appropriate questions. The third interview was a different HR person. Although I had been lead to believe the job was mine already in the former interviews, this interview could best be described as an interrogation.
