I was contacted by a recruiting agency who forwarded my resume to Estée Lauder, for a role as an HR temp. They set up a group interview after a month of back-and-forth. The panel of three seem uninterested and unprepared. One person described the role and asked if I had any questions. I did, but they did not follow up with any questions, which felt like a waste of my time. Very disappointing performance by management. Entire interview took 10 minutes - tops.
