Had an initial phone interview with HR and two weeks later was asked to come in to meet with HR and the hiring manager. My overall experience was fair and the interview process is a bit formal as you may assume with such a large corporate company. My biggest bone to pick is with HR. If you tell a candidate that you will be in touch with them in a week, then follow up on your word. After the interview, I emailed HR twice and she failed to respond both times. I don't understand how you can't give a candidate the respect they deserve and give them a proper update whether it be good or bad.
