I completed all rounds for the Senior Software Tester position at Esyasoft Technologies on September 9th. After continuously following up for almost two months, I finally received a reply saying that the position is on hold due to management decisions. Honestly, this was disappointing. If the position was uncertain, candidates should not be called for multiple rounds and made to wait for weeks without any update. It shows a lack of transparency and respect for candidates’ time and effort. This kind of experience makes it feel like a ghost interview process — everything seems active until suddenly you hear the position is on hold. So, I just want to say to others — please think twice before attending interviews here, especially if you value timely and clear communication.
