- Received the phone call from talent acquisition specialist
- Had another 45 minutes phone interview with the Director
- Received a take-home assignment which took a day or more to finish. They told it will be done in only 4-6 hours
- Attended an in-person interview which took approximately 3 hours
+ 1.5 hours to answer questions from 3 interviewers (Senior QA, Senior Automation and another QA) related to the assignment and automation, the interviewers did not even run the assignment. Not sure if they looked at the code.
+ 1 hour with 2 managers: about the high-level questions
+ 30 minutes: talked with the HR manager about the culture and policy. Also, about the expected salary
Answered most of the questions as they were simple. However, received the rejection saying that they need someone more senior.
I would recommend everyone not to waste time for this company. The interviewing process is so long including the assignment. Even you did the assignment very well, they did not care about that.
I felt that they want the candidate to provide them the solutions from the assignment and interviews then they will try to solve their current issue by themselves.
