Etoile Academy interview questions

The interviewing process overall was very positive and productive! When coming in person, I was able to observe students in classrooms, meet some staff members and do a demo lesson. The hiring managers provided me constructive feedback that I was able to take away from this experience. I definitely learned more throughout this process.

I first interviewed by phone with the Superintendent, which was short and easy. I was then invited for an in-person demo where I was given the opportunity to approach families and talk about Étoile. The third, and last stage, was an in person interview with the Superintendent and Chief Schools Officer. This interview lasted between 30 minutes to an hour, and went very well as both were very professional and friendly.
