After applying online I received a call within 4 weeks. I brief phone interview was conducted followed by several interviews with the administrative staff. Some teachers also have to do a classroom lesson.

It was a series of interviews with a variety of administrators. I was first contacted by phone. When I arrived, I could readily see that the school had a line of teachers waiting to go in for the initial interview.
