I applied online. I interviewed at EuroCAST (Mobile, AL) in Nov 2020
Interview
You will have to memorize a script even during the interview process. Seems like they would hire you first then allow you to go through their training process. I’ve also read that they expect you to travel more than the lead you to believe.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at EuroCAST (Eau Claire, WI) in Sept 2018
Interview
You will be put through a rigorous process where you will have an initial interview with a recruiter. You’ll then be introduced to the company pitch via YouTube videos and sent a 6 minute script to memorize. Next, you will be passed through a couple of recruiters before you are finally given the opportunity to audition for the position.
MEMORIZE THE SCRIPT!! If you can’t, don’t plan on advancing to the audition. I auditioned in Salt Lake City, Utah at the corporate headquarters. You will be flown there, put up in a hotel and provided 2 meals per day. Dinner is your own responsibility.
Over the course of 3 days, you will learn if you have what it takes to continue into the field for training.
Those that do make it are offered an opportunity to work with some of the most talented direct sales agents in the industry. If you’ve got ambition, drive and personality, you already have much of what it takes to be successful with EuroCAST.
Just work within the script, be open to constructive criticism and make the necessary suggested changes, and success will soon follow!

Interview
You need to memorize a script and you practice with a recruiter that is assigned to you, once you memorize the script enough you will recite it to the head recruiter.
