I applied online. About 3 weeks afterward, a recruiter from HR called me for a phone interview/screening. My salary requirements were a bit high for the position, so he said he would recommend for a different position. About 2 weeks later, I had a phone call to schedule a face to face interview at headquarters for the following week. At the interview, the HR recruiter I spoke with met me in the lobby and he was my first interviewer. He collected the paperwork that was sent beforehand- gave a brief description and overview of the companys structure~20 minutes. Went to a conference room after that and met with a department manager for the second interview~30 minutes. She was informative and to the point. Answered all questions I had. Then, had a panel interview where the department directors each asked me questions about past employment and what, specifically, I did. A lot of behavioral questions were asked. It was a pleasant interview and they never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. They gave me feedback during the interview and let me know they liked quite a few of my answers. I felt prepared and a good fit for the position. I left feeling positive about the experience. Best interview I'd ever had. It was a 3 hour process altogether. For the next two weeks, HR kept me in the loop and let me know the process was taking a little longer than expected. A verbal offer over the phone was given 16 days after the face to face interview.
