Interview
A initial phone interview with HR. A second phone interview with a team leader. Then was invited to a on-site interview. The on-site interview took about an hour asking about technical questions. Overall the whole process was not difficult. Still haven't heard about from them after 2 and hour weeks. I am supposed they are not interested in hiring me.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Eurofins in May 2022
Interview
As soon as I begun to answer the questions I could tell that I would not be getting any follow up interviews from them. Many of the questions asked were not about my experience and or skills that I carry but rather about behavioral situations. Ironically the position I applied for is meant to be a lab research position where I run assays.
