Very good interview process. First through google Teams and then at the head quarters. Smooth process. Then was asked to wait for a decision which was made after 2 days as there were other candidates.

Contact within a week of submission of application. HR contact very personable on the phone and located out of state from job location. Felt I had an excellent skill set. Was forwarded a number of forms. Copy and paste resume and references. Consent form for drug testing and the government identification forms. A reference was contacted for additional information. Interview was scheduled at a local hotel. Interviewers were a director and business development officer. They didn't have my resume. I provided my resume and business cards. They explained the business model and disclosed the company that services would be provided too. Standard canned questions. The Director pulled out his phone during the course of the interview which just smacked of unprofessionalism and I felt that any questions I would have answered at that point would be static. The questions they asked easily could have been handled during a phone interview or a review of my resume without the expense and time of a face to face interview. The skills they asked about we're outside the scope of my experience. Interview maybe lasted a total of 45 min. Was told I would hear back regarding the position in 2-3 weeks. No reimbursement for gas for travel to the interview site.
