Interview
I submitted my application on LinkedIn. I was called by recruiting for a 5-10 minute call that day. My manager's schedule only allowed for a same day interview. I was told a few weeks later that I received the job.
Very casual interview process. very friendly. first there was an interview with the recruiter then the second interview was with the hiring manger then meet and greet with the client.

Interview
Initial phone screen with general questions to help gauge fit. If you pass the phone screen, you will be invited for a virtual (used to be in-person) interview; likely it will be a group interview with a panel of interviewers and you. Eurofins follows the STAR method. Make sure to ask questions at the end of your interview. If you are successful past the interview, you will be contacted by a recruiter, maybe even the same one you had your phone screen with, and will be given an offer!
