i had been to manager round and they don't hire once your done.they need to screen all the candidate so results are announced very late.They just waste your time.

Interview
There was 2 rounds of technical and since I'm into database profile I've been questioned accordingly. I've a good experience for the same even though the interview was little bit tough. However, overall I can say the technical interview was not so difficult. Followed by these 2 Technical rounds there was a managerial discussion. It's very simple to tackle. After the same the final was the HR discussion regarding salary and all. Overall the process took 2 to 3 weeks.
