Interview
This was the best interview experience I've ever had. The interviewers had thoroughly read my resume ahead of time and didn't waste time asking me about things they already knew. They asked a couple of technical questions to make sure I knew what I was talking about, but mostly focused on learning about me as a worker and person. I left the interview feeling as though I was valued and knew I would want to work there.

Describe your preferred work style. Would you prefer your work was independent of others or that you were part of a pair or group all working the sample together.
Quick and easy. Immediately got hired after the interview. Was informed earlier that many people can join the call, but ended up just being the manager and another employee. So thatv was a relief
three step process
screening a call for 1 hour with 30 min of a group lead and 30 min with manager. They take a to of time to respond , the whole process took 2 months
The interview was conducted over the phone. Some information about the role was provided. There was an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the call. The interviewer described the next steps in the hiring process.
