The process itself was fast but the experience was horrible.
They should learn how to manage their bias and treat candidates as humans, not machines.
Very aggressive way of posing questions, all is based on behavioral questions.
they like to interrupt you frequently.
I can only imagine the company culture.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Euronet (Thāne) in Sept 2017
Interview
It was 2 days of Interview Process.
But Their are list of Cons in Company-
1. You might get called for Interview and after all rounds, you would be said that we need a more experience candidate.
2. To explain these, they would come up with showing how your profile was inappropriate making by making silly reasons.
3. You would be kept waiting for long hours for Interview and Interviewer won't turn up.
4. After completing all rounds and salary discussion, you would be told it is a positive response from us but eventually you would be declined.
