The job interview splits into 3 fases. 1- HR Checking the match for the position 2- Manager describe about the position 3- Tecnical interview this is more a conversation about the experience techs and how solved the hardest problems. The final stage is the align details for the offer. After this meeting I think that will get the position but no. I lost alot of time and make one more interview to be replaced by other person without any information.
