European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts interview questions

The interview was held on TEAMS with the panel composed of HR rapresentative plus the team leader and the Head of division. The board did not request to introduce yourself but rather started the interview with motivational questions.

Short and precise, giving questions about motivation, experience, and hr questions. The HR part went through different types of scenarios to identify who you are. The interview lasted an hour or so, overall it was a nice experience.
