I interviewed at European Council on Foreign Relations (Berlin)
Interview
The process was smooth and comprised of three interview rounds. The first was a telephone interview, followed by a video call with two members from the HR Team, and the last round was a take-home assignment that I had to present to a panel. They were very professional throughout the process and explained everything clearly.

Interview
First interview was with a recruiter who asked quick-fire questions about my experience and qualifications. I was then asked to complete a case study assignment of maximum 2 hours. The second interview was with members of the team - in this case, the head of communications and a programme coordinator. Even though the position was for Communications, they asked mostly thematic and political questions.
