Extremely bureaucratic process. First CV screening 3+ months, than phone interview results 1 months, invitation for online test 1-2 months, in-house interview after 2 months. Results communicated after 1 month. In general, interview process does not discover much about the applicant. Tests are usual numerical and verbal reasoning. In-house interviews are quite awkward. You get 1 hour case study on level of corp. finance 101, solvable in 10 min. Interview with HR is very weird - playing psycho games, making you uncomfortable, contradicting everything you say, however no serious question regarding your fit or how you behave in critical situation. Regarding interviews with professionals - all of them giving very same questions in a way "what do you know about our department, about EIF. Why should our clients choose us...". Nobody asks any technical stuff, nobody cares about your know-how, or who you are. Low recognition of recruiting best practice. Very disappointed in all ways. I would recommend EIF to completely outsource the recruitment. It would be more efficient and cheaper.
