Basic Qualification (BQ) initial assessment, DLR style, extreme difficulty level. 18 months later, invitation for simulator assessment; medium difficulty with preparation. 1 month later, Corporate Qualification (CQ) with psychologist and group assessments; low difficulty. After final confirmation, it took them another 11 months to extend a job offer! The process took almost 3 years in total.

A recruiter (indi_an origin) reached out with a job opportunity, and after a brief call, she assigned me a task to upload via Dropbox for evaluation. It’s been over a month with no feedback or activity. During our conversation, I mentioned that I could apply for the EU Blue Card on my own and that the company wouldn’t need to handle visa processing—but she seemed completely unaware of the process. Although relocation was listed in the JD, her reaction suggested hesitation once she realized I wasn’t based in Germany, despite assuring me otherwise. Given the silence since then, I doubt the assignment was ever reviewed. It’s clear my time is better spent with employers who are prepared and communicative.
