Interview
A. DISHONEST. First they emailed me saying "This email is in regards to your resume submission with our firm". The thing is I never submitted a resume or an application. That is DISHONEST. Spin it anyway you like, but if you're going to start lying at hello, there will be a question mark after everything you say. What I believe you liars are trying to say is we saw your resume on...
B. "SAM" quoted a figure of what the average rep will earn out of training; managing 3-4 clients is around $75k-100k. I would have them put that in writing bc that sounds shady. No 1 in any of my social networks has had anything close to that to report on these guys. And their few reviews on Glassdoor look fabricated. The cons in their reviews of the company are the equivalent of an applicant stating their biggest weakness is that they're a perfectionist.
C. They tried to get me to waste 2 hrs driving from Ogden + gas + wear and tear on my vehicle to go in and see them face to face before answering any of my questions. Not a good fit for me and I strongly recommend they be more forthcoming and plain honest.

Interview
The hiring process was fun and easy. Samuel or Sam as he is known to employees and future business partners made the process of the 1st round interviews extremely informative and helpful. The second round process was both informative and insightful in that I gained a more complete picture of what the job requirements are and what is expected from potential new hires.
