This interview stands out as one of the most uncomfortable and peculiar experiences throughout my professional career. To my surprise, the interviewer was neither a company representative nor a recruiter from a professional agency. Instead, he was just some person associated with an outside agency that was collaborating with the company. The whole thing felt like a first-timer's attempt at interviewing. The guy didn't seem to know much about the company or its benefits - let alone how to lead an interview. The entire conversation was filled with awkward pauses, and felt like I was leading the interview instead of him. He was also in a hoodie and rocking back and forth the entire time - truly a bizarre experience. If this interview is any reflection of the company's overall approach or organizational culture, I’m giving it a hard pass. The whole experience was just bizarre - steer clear.
