Question 1
What do I do if the client does not understand your reply or if the question are going round the circle.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EventsAir (Perth, Western Australia) in Apr 2025
Interview
Fairly deep screening interview probing past experience.
Timed take home test on some testing platform. General .NET and React knowledge plus two ~10min problem solving questions -- not Leetcode style. Much more forgiving. ~50 minutes total.
Technical interview with SDM and Senior Dev, predominately delving into past experience, with various questions probing knowledge. On the technical side, the interviewers I had presented a lot more React questions than .NET.
Final stage, interview with the CTO. Be prepared for fundamental questions outside of programming, like how DevOps and Agile impact organisations, for example.
Overall, positive experience.
