I received a call from the Executive Assistant and when I called back, the interview began unbeknownst to me. She was easy to speak to and the interview was laid back, informal and a good experience.

The interview started with a phone screen, followed by a face to face interview, where I was part of a panel interview. I was put on a white board and asked specifically about my career experience.

Interview
I was contacted by an individual from the organization and asked via email for availability for a phone screen. After the phone screen, I was informed a few days later that they were going to be in Tampa Florida to conduct face to face interviews in order to determine the candidate they would bring onto project. The face to face interview was very informative and the interviewer gathered information to further understand my skills.
