Worked with a recruiter here. They were submitting me for an IT position. They sounded very optimistic about my chances and were excited to submit me for the opportunity. Months went by, I waited for a response, and I never heard back from them one way or the other. I emailed to find the status and was told that they were not moving forward. A little professional courtesy, especially in this situation, goes a long way. They don't seem to have that courtesy.
