The HR lady contacted me on Linkdelin Friday stated that I had an opportunity for interview.. Then she never replies to my message and follow-up message… This is kind of disappointed.

Recruiter reached out, next step is to take a test which they use to filter people out, then you have a meeting with someone from HR, then if you pass all of that you recieve the final offer.
