I applied online. I interviewed at Evergreen Enterprises
Interview
Interviewers were overall nice. Interviewer was driving during interview which may have been the most professional. The interview was very quick. The interviewer did not have many questions. They explained the job role. Did not further explain other rounds of the interview. Haven't heard anything from the company for weeks and then was rejected before the position would've started.

Question 1
Imagine a customer comes to you unfamiliar with our product. They mention a specific problem they're facing. How would you explain how our product can address their challenge, focusing on the benefits it provides?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Evergreen Enterprises (Madison, VA) in Oct 2023
Interview
The process was a little disorganized, a phone interview was first held followed up by a video conference call. After that, I was invited to one of their recent acquisition companies Plow & Hearth which was a 3-hour drive back and forth. Assuming this was one of the final steps in the interview process, I was then told they were still in the early stages and that they would let me know what the next steps were, After a week of no notifications and two emails of follow-up sent, I finally received a call from HR giving me a generic response to the feedback from the multiple individuals who interviewed me, (approximately 6 in less than 4 hours) In which they said they would no longer consider my application for candidacy.
