Everi Manager SW-Development interview questions

Was contacted by recruiter exactly 30 days after I applied. First interview was recruiter screening. The recruiter was very pleasant and told me he was going to present me to hiring manager. Next interview was with hiring manager, who was also pleasant and made me feel comfortable. He told me he was going to move me to the next phase and have recruiter contact me to coordinate. I did not hear from recruiter so I followed up with hiring manager. I never heard back from manager, but the recruiter sent email to me stating that he would contact me the following week. Instead, I received email stating I was not selected for the position. I saw the position was posted again.
