I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Everlight Solar in Mar 2022
Interview
The first video interviewer came across as very fake. Her impersonal nature was very distracting to me and some of the questions seemed odd or not relevant or difficult to understand.

Interview
The interview process asked very strange irrelevant questions like what did I organize recently or what’s the neediest thing I did. And then made me wait 6 months to hear a response from them. Idk if they’re being sued or failing as a company but it was completely unprofessional and the salary offered was extremely low.

Interview
It was a really weird screening interview. They don't ask you any questions that are relevant to the position you are applying for, and the entire time they are trying to sell you on why it's a great company. Before the interview, I looked up employee reviews and every single one I found was abnormally positive, which was a major red flag. TLDR: don't waste your time with this company.

Interview
There were 3 phases of video interviews that took place on Zoom throughout the course of about a month. Each phase took me through a series of questions regarding my experience, work history, and personality, which the hiring team used to reference later on when narrowing down potential candidates.

People respond to stress in unique ways. Some tend to launch themselves headlong into flight, while others freeze up after becoming overwhelmed. If you had to choose between the two categories, which would you say you feel you would fall into most?
