I had a really positive recruiting experience which contributed to accepting this offer. The recruiter was friendly, not pushy, and gave me a good sense of the company culture. They were super fast, the day I applied, he emailed me. I also really liked how I got to interview with multiple people so I can get a better sense of the organization, because that's the most important thing I'm looking for. The case study was challenging but fun. The team was looking for someone who could think and learn. During the offer stage, the recruiter was very helpful & transparent. It was not the adversarial relationship I had with HR at other companies. This is the process:
1. HR screening
2. initial interview with manager
3. multiple interviews with team members/stakeholders
4. case study presentation to panel
